Over the 1st and 2nd year I was given 10 units overall for the year, this meant doing 6 units for the whole year and the other 4 were split into 2 sets of 2 which I was required to learn and complete over 4 months each. Some of the subjects I studied during this course included; Customer Service, Retail Operations and Preparing for employment
