Enthusiastic London based project manager with a positive attitude and strong drive for results. Experienced in creative, digital, insight and communications projects.     TMP is a creative agency within the PeopleScout UK business. I managed multiple projects for various clients alongside the creative, production, branding and insight, digital, social and assessment teams. I scoped and delivered print, web, social, out of home, film and experiential solutions to achieve attractive and effective campaigns. I managed approximately 10 to 20 projects at various stages across multiple functions and clients including various government departments, Vodafone, and Diageo as well as leading an internal brand activation project for PeopleScout's global business. My key responsibilities included: leading teams of writers, designers, film makers and digital producers to ensure content was created on time and to a high quality; scoping costs and timelines based on the client supplier brief through to delivery of the project; collaborating with the studio/traffic manager to book and confirm resource ensuring briefs were submitted at least 48 hours before the work was due to commence; reconciliations on completed projects demonstrating recovery, as well as key learnings and reasons for any under-recovery to consider for future projects and ensure continuous improvement of processes; flagging and managing key risks, issues and dependencies throughout the full lifecycle of the project; management of all project budgets, flagging any potential under-recovery and managing with requests for change where appropriate; contributing to tender responses to win new business; managing internal and external briefings and presentations; working alongside the tech team to update the Content Management System (CMS) in WordPress on website projects

    Working in the Manufacturing & Utilities Sector, which was a shared project team delivering technology projects of varying complexity across several clients. My key responsibilities included: managing the end to end project life cycle from scoping requirements, writing and issuing statements of work (SOWs) within the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), through to delivery, billing and project closure; regular communication with client, including attendance at client sites; leading project teams of multiple UK and offshore resources; leading project meetings and workshops; presenting statements of work at account BARs (business approval reviews) prior to submission to the client, providing a high-level overview of the proposed solution and justifying the time and costs to internal senior stakeholders; internal and client reporting including financial forecasting and budget management, highlight reports and status updates for input into senior management meetings; RAID Management; raising and managing Operational Change Requests, including presenting these to global clients at change approval boards (CAB); managing service readiness prior to project completion in line with Fujitsu’s service Acceptance guidelines to ensure smooth transition from project to ongoing service My portfolio contained a mix of between 10 to 20 projects in various stages at a time, equating to over £500,000 in value. I was also worked on two high profile transformation programmes in parallel with the portfolio demand. At Fujitsu we scoped and delivered our projects via various methodologies depending on our client’s requirements and type of project. We used a variety of tools ranging from Microsoft Project to Jira.
