• Maximising yield in all areas of the bar including 2 private hire spaces and the main bar/restaurant by taking care of all booking inquiries, negotiating room hire fees and minimum spends, following up with guests and maintaining client relationships. • Building relationships with both existing and new clients as well as taking advantage of seasonal times of the year for one-off events such as showcasing the venue, Halloween, Christmas and New Year parties. • Generating ideas for direct marketing & social media marketing, shortlisting designers for marketing including flyers & business cards, giving sales briefs and finalising creation & production. Development of the Loyalty Club initiative and driving sales through signing up local businesses to join the club.
