I'm a Senior Account Manager/Account Manager/Marketing Manager with over seven years' experience working for a number of integrated agencies in the UK and Australia.
Within this time, I have delivered client services, event management and project management across a wide range of client sectors.
Dedicated to delivering great work that achieves exemplary results. I thrive when working within a dynamic, collaborative and fast- paced environment.

During my time at RBH as an Account Manager I have built upon the experience acquired during my career development, taking full ownership of multiple clients’ accounts and managing a number of junior staff members. My responsibilities include:
• Management of integrated and single-service client accounts including brand development, marking
strategy, CRM Systems, social media platforms, media planning/purchasing and campaign executions.
• Management of a wide range of projects including TV ads, radio ads, events, vinyls, brochures, websites, social management, retailer liaison, shoots etc.
• Building and nurturing flourishing client relations, providing exemplary levels or client service including weekly stats reports, conducting in-person, account growth presentations and campaign reporting.
• Project management of a broad range of print and digital tactics including media buying, print

• Proactive analysis of marketing trends to inform existing client campaigns and account growth strategy.
• Development of strategy for new business opportunities, as well as proposals to encourage growth of
existing clients.
• Management of creative development including key involvement across new and existing branding for clients.
• Sourcing suppliers and maintaining relations to ensure time and cost effectiveness for client projects.
Additional experience of note within my recent role includes:
• Management of a range of re-brands including full creative development, website re-designs, internal and consumer launches
• Production and management of on-location/studio photo and video shoots including talent casting,
location scouting, crew recruitment, creation of shot list/crew briefs and overseeing post production
