About me
I have global creative and marketing campaign delivery experience. I have worked alongside some amazing senior commercial teams to develop marketing strategies, plan and deliver multiple global integrated campaigns and NPD projects for the biggest category at Dyson. A typical day for me will include, interrogating briefs and budget, scheduling sign off reviews with CD, planning and developing project documentation such as timelines, risk assessments and RACIs. I would also be responsible for any project reporting across and up the line, this includes project governance meetings with senior stakeholders to daily project stand-ups with producers, marketing managers and traffic managers. I have in-depth knowledge around campaign process through to delivery, working with marketing & commercial teams, account managers, producers and creative teams to deliver multiple campaigns globally. Planning sprint plans, populating timelines and forecasting for all future projects to mitigate against any bottlenecks further down the line.

    • Accountable for the successful delivery of all marketing campaigns / NPD assets across 15+ channels; TVC, Film, Imagery, Digital, UX/UI, Retail and Print to name a few • Working alongside the commercial directors and marketing managers to plan out the marketing strategy, personas and deliverables for each project globally • Responsible for planning all sprints and creative / digital reviews, this involved allocating creative & digital resource against each output and ensuring reviews were booked with the relevant creative director’s & CCO (e.g. NPD, Digital, UI & UX and Copy). • Management of asset documentation and the delivery of localised assets working with external partners (Hogarth) • Plan and lead cross-functional meetings to update and report on project status to Cross-Cat Project Manager’s, Producers, Head of Programme Management and Global Head of Delivery. This includes highlighting risk and presenting mitigation plans to the group • Managed the roll out for a new (Wayfindings) project, this included; new interactive screen content for retail store and a digital questionnaire to align the shopper needs to the correct product. These were created and implemented for a global audience • Responsible for owning and managing project RAG, Sprint and RACI documents and budgets up to £2.5m. This includes maintaining, updating and reporting at project governance meetings • Improving communication and breaking down barriers between commercial and creative teams by running daily stand ups and working closely w/ designer’s, copywriters to work in creative sprints • Building and producing critical paths, detailed project plans and budget trackers via MS Project and Excel • Able to react to change quickly with the ability to assess impact effectively, as well as escalating where required
