    London, United KingdomFull Time
In my role as Events & Marketing Coordinator at Monocle I managed and promoted the 40 events that Monocle hosts annually around the world. This included Monocle's book launches, parties, subscriber events, promotional activities, commercial and client events, Monocle's Christmas Market and the Quality of Life Conference. My key responsibilities were to plan and manage the events as well as develop partnerships, sponsorships and to build these across Monocle ́s departments (Magazine, Radio, E- com, Commercial, Editorial, Retail and Events). My role also included copywriting and managing products, branded material and invites related to the events with the design team and the editor in chief, and to manage all the logistics around the events (research, negotiate and liaise wth venues, AV companies, caterers and other event partners).

Since its launch in 2012, Affordable Art Fair Stockholm has established itself as the most visited art fair in the Nordics. In 2016 the fair welcomed 15,000 visitors who took home 18 million SEK worth of art. In my role as Fair Manager for the Stockholm fair I acted as liaison between AAF and exhibitors, partners and sponsors on production related matters to ensure the best experience for them at every fair. I managed the fair’s marketing plan, social media and content production, and the logistics before and during the event. My role also included the editorial production and I planned and created the layout of the fair magazine Issue No.3 - No.5, and developed a program with lectures and workshops together with our program partners- National Museum of Sweden and The Museum of Spirits. I also oversaw the process of creating the campaigns and branded collateral, and worked closely with the design team in London.
