The key purpose of my role is to assist the CEO & Content Manager in managing the influx of engagement that we receive across our three main social media platforms; Facebook (private messages and comments on public posts), Twitter and Instagram (direct messages and comments on photos).
I’ve also assisted in the administration side of events such as Joe’s Schools HIIT Tour (Both Ireland and UK) as well consolidating key analytics from partnerships that Joe has been a part of with partnerships like Hostel World.

I began as a part of our enquiries team where I was relied upon to help provide information to people who were interested in taking on our flagship product, the 90 Day Plan. After 3 months, I was promoted to supervise our team which also included me being the key person to work with our Live Chat function. After 2 successful years in that position, I would be moved across to the social media team.
