I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, where I studied Filmmaking at the Uruguayan Film School (ECU-Escuela de Cine del Uruguay).
I´ve worked for almost two years as an editor for the production company Cuadro Films, where I developed my passion for editing.
In 2018 I moved to Barcelona to study a Master in Film Editing at ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya). Throughout my experience there I got involved in different projects, both in fiction and documentary as an editor and DIT.
In 2019 I was selected to participate in the Berlinale Talents Buenos Aires as an editor. It was an extremely enriching experience to rethink South American cinema and our position as filmmakers when it comes to storytelling. I am a person who likes to improve herself and go after new adventures and challenges that make me grow every day, both professionally and personally.
