Documentary Migration of Haya (Sareb, January 2016 - present): migration of asset’s documents from Haya, improvement of the quality of data, compliance of regulatory requirements. ? Project IRIS and REM (Sareb,October 2015 -present) : core banking migration from Haya and migration of the management of the assets from Bankia´s application to the new platform in Haya (REM ) . Design of SAREB´s activities to control and validate the process, monitoring the activities of the migration plan , detection and resolution of GAPs, certification of migration, post-migration monitoring ? Project Hispalís Migration and Transformation in Sareb (March 2015to nowadays): technologic and service migration of every real estate asset from Bankia, real estate asset and financial assets from Ceiss to Sareb (PMO Sareb) + follow up post migration. Also, migration of the documentation from both Banks. ? One year permit (2014) to travel around Asia and participate in some voluntary Jobs such as working in orphanages in India and Nepal. ? Process Reengineering in Bankia Centralized Back Office ( September 2013 to December 2013) : analysis of current tasks and operation of centralized processes and identification of incidents and areas for improvement of efficiency of each process , defining target model , definition of transverse processes involving improving efficiency of various processes , identifying lines of action to reach the affected areas Model Objective and functional design of the necessary changes to systems or selecting new tools to reach the objective model , and clarification of doubts of the Functional Design phase arising in the IT area at the time of development and testing of identified ? Project Quick guides in Bankia ( February 2013 to July 2013 ) : revision of operational manuals of the entity, GAP analysis , list of the information contained in the manuals and the same group , prioritization , analysis of the information used by the offices, 171 operational development of quick guides based on surveys conducted and dynamic working groups with different offices. Making operational offices in US (assets, liabilities , COMEX ... ) ? Development of various theoretical work related to Solvency II and Basel III 2010 - 2012 KPMG, Madrid Financial Risk Consultant. Projects: ? RWAs in Banco Sabadell, San Cugat: analysis of the various portfolios of the company after the integration of CAM and review of the different risk weights according to standard method or IRB to optimize capital. ? Axesor: realization of economic reports on various companies and sectors and analyzing the situation of the department of risks in various types of businesses. ? System Guarantees Review in Barclays: improving the quality of databases guarantees from the analysis of incidents and subsequent developing solutions . Also, verification of compliance with regulatory commitments Basel CRMT environment. ? Project Management Office (PMO) of information management in Bancomer , Mexico City : organization and supervision of process automatization and optimization of financial information distributed within the organization as well as branches . ?
