Project Hispalís Migration and Transformation in Sareb (March 2015to nowadays): technologic and service migration of every real estate asset from Bankia, real estate asset and financial assets from Ceiss to Sareb (PMO Sareb) + follow up post migration. Project Quick guides in Bankia ( February 2013 to July 2013 ) : revision of operational manuals of the entity, GAP analysis , list of the information contained in the manuals and the same group , prioritization , analysis of the information used by the offices, 171 operational development of quick guides based on surveys conducted and dynamic working groups with different offices. Making operational offices in US (assets, liabilities , COMEX ... )
