Lucia Udvardyová is a music journalist and organiser, music curator and researcher with experience in PR and communication. In 2010, she co-founded Easterndaze, a project that aims to document and interconnect the emerging underground scenes in Central and Eastern Europe. She has collaborated with Czech Radio, Resonance FM, POSTmatter, NTS Live, The Quietus, Electronic Beats, and Ad Hoc, among others. Between April and June 2015, she curated an exhibition series of events introducing several labels and collectives from Central and Eastern Europe at the OFF Biennale in Budapest. She also works for SHAPE (Sound, Heterogeneous Art and Performance in Europe), a new pan-European festival initiative that promotes innovative music and audiovisual art as well as UMCSEET, a project that explores the legacy of East & Central European experimental music until 1989.

Social media manager, content editor, audio producer and artist liason for a pan-European network for innovative music and audiovisual art, supported by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union. Leading digital arts & music festivals such as CTM Festival in Berlin, Unsound Festival in Krakow and TodaysArt in the Hague are part of this network. My role in this project is to communicate with the artists (each year, a roster of 48 emerging artists is nominated), conduct interviews, edit publications (book), curate compilations (CD sampler for The Wire Magazine), produce radio shows (Resonance FM, NTS Live), manage social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc).
