My first job for the company was as the director's personal assistant, leading me to gain a permanent position as an office administrator. This role requires me to apply my organisational skills in an office environment, working to meet numerous deadlines. One of the responsibilities is the maintenance and monitoring of the company’s clients’ accounts. This include their financial reports, payments, taxes and contracts. I am also in charge of the creative arm of the company, which includes updating websites and creating image material for marketing purposes. I am responsible for developing business presentations to a high standard. In this work I apply a strong attention to detail and thrive on being pro-active. After a few months in this position, I was given additional responsibility for Silver Odyssey, another company within the group, demonstrating my ability to adapt flexibly to changing workloads. I am responsible for Silver Odyssey events planning, coordination and marketing. In this role I have gained experience in planning and carrying out social events as well as managing and monitoring social media and press releases, contacts, publications and websites. I am also in charge of stakeholder coordination; invite lists and budgets as well as venues and suppliers’ liaison.
