I am currently working in the healthy food industry for a well-known health brand, The Detox Kitchen. The past year I have gained a huge amount of experience in a working environment, marketing and PR knowledge within the health and wellness industry. I am currently the Social Media and Content Manager, looking after all social media accounts, writing blog posts and coming up with new innovative ideas for the company. I work closely alongside my Marketing and PR Manager and have secured many articles in print and online, such as Stylist and The Evening Standard. I have excellent marketing ideas, a keen writer and a very motivated team player.
Before starting Quest Professional, I wanted to gain work experience in many types of sectors including corporate and creative working environments. I therefore took on the role as Office Manager for companies such as Sun Capital LLP and for the Candy brother’s CPC interior and property development company. In all roles, I was responsible for dairy management, minute taking, organising meetings and booking travel for HNWIs and being the first point of contact to all guests. During these three months, I learnt the importance of confidentiality, reliability and time management working in such high pressured working environments.
I worked alongside the Online Marketing team and was responsible for actively posting all content across Social Media Channels. For each campaign, I created individual and on-brand content to be shared via Social Media, including the Man On The Moon Christmas Advert. As a team we had to hit our monthly KPI targets, manage our budget and promote products pushed by central Marketing, whilst still creating the most engaging and current content for our target audience. I worked with creative agencies such as Adam & Eve to create specific online content, plus working with media agencies to put money behind sponsored posts and target certain audiences. As the Co-ordinator of the Social Media team, I was also responsible for maintaining all weekly reports, minutes in meetings and liaising with our creative agencies. This experience taught me the importance of brand awareness, as well as working under pressure to meet goals and targets.
I was a Junior Account Executive at a well establish luxury travel PR agency. I looked after 9 top hotels and properties worldwide. I was in charge of organising events, social media accounts, organising personal trips for top-tier journalists and national newspaper columnists.
