About me
A BAFTA, Grierson and Emmy nominated TV Producer with a track record for innovating to create inspiring and popular content. In a career spanning more than twenty years, Lucie has worked across a range of genres, leading large, diverse teams producing everything from high profile radio and television news programmes to constructed factual TV series to observational and access documentaries; from agenda setting current affairs investigations, to warm-hearted popular documentary series; from Arts films to daily magazine programmes, live Children’s and political programmes, large scale events, debates and Awards Ceremonies. Lucie is a decisive team player, and team leader – experienced at dealing with sensitive, complex and sometimes controversial subject matter, negotiating with external partners, managing budgets, building brilliant teams and nurturing talent – both on and off screen.
