About me
A BAFTA, Grierson and Emmy nominated TV Producer with a track record for innovating to create inspiring and popular content. In a career spanning more than twenty years, Lucie has worked across a range of genres, leading large, diverse teams producing everything from high profile radio and television news programmes to constructed factual TV series to observational and access documentaries; from agenda setting current affairs investigations, to warm-hearted popular documentary series; from Arts films to daily magazine programmes, live Children’s and political programmes, large scale events, debates and Awards Ceremonies. Lucie is a decisive team player, and team leader – experienced at dealing with sensitive, complex and sometimes controversial subject matter, negotiating with external partners, managing budgets, building brilliant teams and nurturing talent – both on and off screen. Lucie hasmanaged challenging casting processes and complicated domestic and oversees shoots, often in high risk areas. She enjoys scripting, and helping others to script, managing multiple, edits, dealing with legal and compliance, contributors, Commissioners, Channel Controllers and external partners.
