Hey, I'm Lucie. I'm a graphic designer and collage artist using paper and digital. My work uses different techniques and usually combines photographs with a variety of textures to create unique and thoughtful artworks. My full-time job is creating graphics to illustrate the articles of The New Arab - a leading news-desk company covering the Middle East and beyond. It challenges me to think creatively on how to illustrate difficult topics from the everyday life but also wonderful and authentic stories. I am used to work on tight deadlines and produce several graphics a day.
I have previously been freelancing for a variety of startups in tech, publishing, hospitality and other private clients and worked for branding, social media design and book cover design projects.
My goal is to create distinctive, approachable illustrations for all clients and audiences around the world, whether they are working in news and current affairs, the culture sector or private commissions.
