Founder and CEO, Lucien has been raising money, running operations, growing the company, and expanding market sectors since the age of 18. Lucien is currently on the Council Committee Board of AAAI, AAIH, IEEE (Systems ~ Nanotechnology ~ Biometrics), INNS. He holds a Masters of Health Administration in Integrated Delivery Systems and Bachelors of Business Administration in Health Management from the University of Miami.
