– Serve as primary liaison between internal management, clients and their agencies for all campaign needs
– Oversee multiple multi-million programs with responsibility for profit management, staffing, prioritization of all
deliverables and quality control ensuring internal standards and client objectives are met
– Support client relationships directly and indirectly, incl. communication of complex ideas/proposals, leading client
meetings, crafting client correspondence, driving campaign production, researching new opportunities
– Create and execute on strategies that communicate and achieve client objectives
– Analyze program implementation/operation to ensure client satisfaction and internal efficiencies
– Assist in development and maintenance of legal documentation (i.e., Statements of Work and Change Order Requests)
– Key member of pre-sales team and active contributor in the business development process
