About me
I am a New Zealander newly relocated to London with experience and education in Industrial Design and Marketing. I have recently completed a temporary assignment at the startup success Deliveroo in London. My previous position was in a design and marketing hybrid role that increased my client networking professionalism and design coordination expertise. I supported various web and email content copywriting and generated digital promotional collateral. I secured important commercial sales to aid achieving monthly targets and generated all specification drawings for the company with the appropriate digital software. My strengths lie in key relationship development, critical analysis and effective service orientation and coordination. I am highly organised and possess the agility to deliver excellent results in fast paced environments. I am perceptive, personable and passionate about what I do.

Rider Supply Pipeline Manager

As a Rider Supply Pipeline Manager in one of Deliveroo's key hiring officers; this temporary assignment involved supporting the execution team's weekly supply strategy for target areas across the capital. I used systems including Onboard IQ, Simply Book, Microsoft Office Programs, Slack and Onfido to ensure the process of becoming a Deliveroo Rider was simple for the rider and executed with excellency. The job required impeccable communications skills to liaise and problem solve with a potential Deliveroo Rider applicant through to the Deliveroo Head Office Operations Team.

Douglas and Bec design and manufacture furniture and lighting that is specified for residential and commercial applications. The business has global reach and is well known for it's clean design aesthetic and meticulous craftsmanship.
Specifically:
- Coordination of traditional and digital marketing strategy including development of key promotional activity for Douglas and Bec
- Created and managed content including copywriting and image sourcing for E-commerce site and Douglas and Bec main website
- Created product and sale promotional collateral with Adobe Software and CAD (Rhinoceros)
- Managed social media channels
- Generated current sales terms and conditions, warranty terms and technical product information.
- Ensured all product data was consistently up to date and available for clients and suppliers
- Prepared all sketches and specification drawings using drafting instruments or computer-aided design software
