-Day-to-day writing and management of creative and editorial content across all social media platforms for THE OUTNET including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter. -Responsible for planning and implementing content calendars in line with wider PR, Editorial & Marketing calendar. -Creation and execution of social media campaigns including creative direction for visual collateral. -Ensuring a consistent brand tone voice is maintained across all channels, driving engagement and customer interaction. -Working closely with Editorial Director and Global Marketing Manager to support E-Comms initiatives. -Maintaining social media best practices, content and campaigns. -Working closely with the customer services team to deal with customer queries promptly and effectively. -Supported by Editorial Assistant and reporting directly to the Editorial Director.
