I tell stories, find patterns and do my best to look after the people around me. The values of my business are also values I live and work by: Dare to Know, Do it Justice, Make Life Better. These values consistently challenge me to interrogate problems more deeply, push briefs further and search out kernels of unexpected insight that will deliver real-world results. I believe in radical candour, compassion and, above all, commitment. As a strategist, my preoccupation is deciding what to sacrifice or pivot away from, and as a storyteller, I strive to strip the narrative back to its most raw form.
