- Support and manage the customer service team, assisting with escalation of issues and decision making. Delegation of tasks to members of the team.
- Working with the warehouse teams to communicate effectively and ensure tasks are completed and orders, stock and fulfilment are on track.

Front of House AssistantScience Gallery London

- Support the set up of public spaces and administrative processes in a new gallery and assist in implementing operational/front of house systems prior to opening.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with key teams across the gallery to ensure smooth running of the front and back of house spaces day to day.
- Manage group bookings/visits/tours and facilitate delivery of workshops.
- Troubleshoot technical/maintenance issues in detail.
- Take minutes in team meetings and exhibition development workshops and input ideas raising key factors regarding H&S, flag issues and support/maintain exhibition delivery/presentation.
- Support the administration of data and research, produce gallery material for internal/external use.
- Maintain back of house systems and deal with transactions/money handling and banking responsibilities. Support filing of purchase orders and update stock databases. - Ensure knowledge of wider gallery activities/upcoming events etc and provide support to public enquiries by all suitable means of communication.
