My recent role at Waterstones has been at head office assisting the New shops and refits team. My duties are largely administrative and include liaising with the different departments involved in new projects and ensuring that everyone has been provided with the relevant information. Most of my tasks involve working with excel and other Microsoft Office programs. I also assist the e-commerce team in updating the website and have been trained in using the CSM system.
