I currently work as Head of Marketing at FIXR, a student e-commerce platform specialising in student ticketing. Although initially my role at FIXR focused purely on marketing, since a colleague’s departure last year, I have also taken on the role of Account Executive. I have valuable experience both planning and running campaigns in my current position as Head of Marketing as I am responsible for all marketing initiatives including campaign planning and management, content marketing campaigns and all social media content. This role has allowed me to creatively market the FIXR brand and product to both B2B and B2C audiences, and has given me a great deal of experience in all aspects of digital marketing. This position requires me to show a great of initiative, as I am solely responsible for all marketing strategy, as well as the ability to write clear, creative and on-brand copy. Additionally to this experience in planning, coordinating and carrying out content marketing campaigns as well as analysing the effectiveness of these campaigns, I also act as Account Executive and manage many client relationships. This position requires strong teamwork, working with a small team of Business Development Managers, as well as managing abilities when directing the large network of FIXR Student Ambassadors.
Returning to Winkworth after travelling, this role was a client facing position between commercial landlords and tenants that required the drawing up tenancy agreements, clear and precise communication and ensuring that all legal requirements were satisfied.
I worked in the financial department of Winkworth Battersea, which included the transfer of funds in and out of the client account and briefing the Managing Director on current and projected profits.
