Team Coordinator, PA to Director and YMA
Initially started as a PA and YMA (Yacht Management Assistant), this role has been developed by me to become more encompassing of areas that needed attention within the team.
New Business has been something that I have really turned around, and the company have seen an increase in successful pitches. As well as implementing new systems to make the new business process more streamlined and systematic.
I liaise daily with our stakeholders, these range from HNWI, their representatives to the Captain of a Superyacht, the crew or any service providers for the industry. Always being aware of the needs and stresses of the people I engage with and assisting them solve any problems that have arisen.
I am the key point of contact for the international team, and make sure that everyone feels supported and cared for.
Many ad-hoc duties fall under my remit, being unflappable and highly organised makes the unexpected achievable.
