About me


Ambitious and driven marketeer, I am a juggler of documents and things within my current role working as an Account Manager/ Project Manager at a medium sized agency. With a range of previous experience in Head Office retail through to the charity sector working on a variety of projects all with a positive attitude, a smile and bags of energy. Always willing to get stuck in with a desire to constantly learn and develop I am eager to tackle new challenges and develop new skills as I progress.

  • Account Manager (promoted from AE to SAE previously) running 20-30 live projects at a time across brand, film, web, OOH and direct mail for various clients within the charity sector including Save the Children, Fairtrade Foundation, Alzheimer's Society, NSPCC, Prostate Cancer UK, CRUK and a number of small charities.. Projects vary from fundraising, strategic supporter insights and development, re-brands, brand refresh, film, events and new product development and retention pieces. Running accounts and projects, keeping these on track and on budget, developing clients and maintaining strong client relationships, managing team forecasts, briefing and working with digital and creative teams, proposal and brief writing, contributing to project and client strategy. .

  • Working in a varied and busy role at a boutique digital agency, my responsibilities ranged from office management and HR, through to project management and social strategy. Day to day responsibilities included: *Account manager and key contact for all clients and external stake holders * Agency planning and work scheduling. * Proposal and brief writing, project documentation and user guide/ handover documentation. *Administration, maintaining and all information systems including HR and ISO9001, alongside accounts and invoices. * Marketing and digital promotion- including social media.

  • Achieved a 2:1. Modules studied included web design (HTML), information management - communications in social media, marketing, economics, management accounting and business law. Was also Vice Chair/ Treasurer for the Dance Society, running classes 5 days a week for over 300 members. Society went from having no funds to over £3000 at the end of the year through successful management and budgeting.
