Marketing and New BusinessLondon, United Kingdom
About me
Currently working to promote food and drink megastars, film directors and photographers in the world of food and drink. Foodhall.london In my other life: In most roles I’ve undertaken, I’ve been gatekeeper of CRM, a detective Whiz for new clients, marketing guru and support crutch. As a New Business and marketing manager, I’ve worked assisted and supported photographers and photo agencies in the development of new business opportunities via research and coordination of new business efforts. I've created marketing campaigns, multitasked through projects, edited images and updated websites through to created and implementing marketing and social media campaigns. I’m often identifying areas of growth within both the company and the sector in many of my roles. My values of curiosity, creativity and collaboration have brought insight, ideas and commitment needed to help various clients think bigger, transforming brands and engaging the world. Key responsibilities included approaching an agreed set of potential clients, across specific territories. Persuade decision-makers and establishing and nurtured client relationships to producing personalised and targeted new business material to potential clients. With a background in Graphic design and photography, I’m an effective communicator, who’s confident, creative, and have professional speaking abilities, as well as an empathic listener and persuasive speaker. I’ve used my creative thinking skills in all jobs, thinking outside the box for both business and clients. I would like to draw particular attention to my achievements within my career. ·         Gained new clients for photographers such as Subway, Just Eat, and Huawei for my current roster. • I’m currently building a strategic approach to build the voice of the agency through great storytelling and engagement, pushing new avenues of sustainability, brand awareness and industry insight. ·         Enhanced AOP social engagement by 30% in 4 months by enhancing their social marketing plan. ·         Assisting a leading photographer on a project of building libraries of photo books into deprived secondary schools.    ·         Using my entrepreneurial spirit, I’ve published a children’s magazine for learning English through creativity, placing it into 60 schools across the country.   ·         Identifying a sluggish locations company, turning it into a first stop for production companies to go to, enhancing profit and clients.   ·         In Hanoi, I created one of the first Learn English through Photography workshops series in Vietnam and created fun, engaging children’s activities and workshops to learn about art and art history.     ·         In Sydney, I created the first touring exhibition of a Sydney based photographic agency. This showcased work in various advertising agencies across Melbourne and Sydney which resulted in gaining new key accounts such as the Tourism of Victoria.   I truly believe to understand and gain accounts, you have to have a great understanding of all the artists and companies you rep, knowing their overall ethos of the company but understanding the nitty-gritty and knowing their strengths and weaknesses. One for self-improvement in my career, I’ve joined the Princes Trust to gain the current and up to date knowledge on various skills like SEO, digital marketing and brand awareness. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others, always believing in We rather than I. Whilst I have lots of ideas and enthusiasm, I aim to treat all tasks with enthusiasm and a positive and creative attitude. Knowing the great work you produce, working with a close-knit team is a huge draw, so I’m keen to continue to build on the success of Lemonade and what we’ve achieved, continuing to take it to a global scale.
