Creative writer and editor within the marketing services team for Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, SLEEK, Champneys, No7 and Botanics, working on brand marketing campaigns to create all consumer copy. I managed the editorial content calendar to plan and create weekly content stories, ensuring they were communicated effectively across all channels and report on success. I also managed the brand marketing calendar to create seasonal brand campaigns from conception – securing creative partnerships, planning PR events, engaging relevant journalists and coverage (adverts and advertorials) and reporting on success and learnings.
I managed the copy and social content team and social media budget, overseeing social media content, brand blogs and the influencer engagement program. I created the brand tone of voice guidelines and ensured these were upheld across the business and all channels.
