Participating in Disney's highly competitive Cultural Representative Program at the EPCOT theme park (Orlando, Florida) within the role of merchandising.
Disney Trainer : Earned the position to welcome and train new cast members into our work area and equip them with knowledge and support as they begin their new role within the Walt Disney Company.
Twining’s Tea Ambassador : Seizing the unique opportunity to become a Twining’s Tea Ambassador through masterclasses led by Twining’s experts to learn about the heritage of the brand as well as their iconic blends. This also entailed learning several scripts to perform and host Twining’s Tea Experiences and Tours for Disney World Guests on a regular basis.
Cultural Communication : Sharing my British heritage with American and other international guests who visit EPCOT to learn about various cultures and perspectives from around the world to create an immersive and unforgettable experience.
Effective Efficiency : With up to 50,000 guests attending EPCOT in one day, it is important to prioritise tasks to enable the work load to flow consistently and uphold the superb Disney guest service, even when under pressure.
Keeping Up With KPIs : Creating positive and high energy interactions with guests to provide a memorable shopping experience at EPCOT ensured us cast members hit daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales and guest satisfaction goals.
Event AssistantAdvertising Week
