DEFINTION OF ROLE: As Events & Communications Assistant in Topshop Topman Oxford Circus you will assist with the coordination of all instore events, marketing activity and communications. You will support the Events & Communications Manager in driving an innovative events and marketing program across 'the World's Greatest Fashion Store.' SCOPE OF ROLE: In this specialist Team Leader role you will be a key link between various Head Office departments and the store teams. You will project manage instore events and marketing activity, coordinating all teams involved. You will work with pace and energy to reflect the buzz and atmosphere of this one of a kind flagship, whilst setting an example to the rest of the store teams when it comes to delivering great service, both internally and externally.
As part of the Topshop Personal Shopping Team I offered on the spot style advice for customers in the flagship store. I looked after VIP clients, supported LFW in store each season, supported the PS team with regular appointments and looked after the Personal Shopping Pinterest board. I also supported the department regionally for store openings and events.
