Lucy is an experienced multimedia journalist and 360 VR filmmaker.
After graduating from the University of Bristol with a first-class honours degree in History – writing a dissertation on the Rwandan genocide – she later worked as a senior reporter and acting editor of a press agency, covering breaking news, courts, crime and features for the national press in London.
She has reported from the frontlines of the conflict in Ukraine, filmed in the ancient city of Petra, Jordan, and taken the Trans-Siberian Railway across three countries.
Her VR work encompasses directing, camera operating, stitching and editing for companies including DHL, Xbox and Vodafone, as well as self-shooting and producing her own 360 documentaries. She also writes, edits and project manages for magazines and clients including Canon.

- Masked elephants / Sri LankaEvery February, Colombo's streets are filled with drummers, dancers, plate throwers – and scores of elephants. Celebrating the full moon, Poya Day, also known as Navam Perahera Festival, is one of Sri Lanka's most celebrated festivals. The annual tradition sees elephants brought to the capital from temples and villages across the country – unloaded from open topped trucks, they are chained to their vehicles, or tree trunks along the roadside. - A sustainable future – wind power in Jordan in 360 VRAbove the hills overlooking the ancient city of Petra, Jordan, sits a modern neighbour – a large-scale wind farm which is harnessing the mighty winds that pour over the highlands for a renewable future. - Ukraine's Forgotten War – 360 VR projectUkraine's Forgotten War is a VR documentary project in development, which shares the voices of women living amongst the wreckage of war on the frontlines in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine.
