I led the copywriting team at The Folio Society, producing a wide range of copy to promote its illustrated books. This ranged from long copy dedicated to individual titles, to text for direct marketing campaigns, catalogues, ads, flyers and newsletters. I also wrote and built customer emails, and helped manage proofreading and editing requirements across the department.
I established the company's presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, and managed and implemented its social media strategy.
