👋 Hello! I'm Lucy (she/her), a dynamic and organised graduate who holds a BA(Hons) in Music Business.

🌼My journey so far...
Having just graduated from university, I'm in that weird grey area where you're searching, applying, interviewing and trying to figure out where I fit in my local community and friend circles.
My degree is not one that people expect to hear when asked 'what did you study?', but I commend it for its transferrable skills and space for personal and professional growth. Throughout my three years, I had my fingers in as many pies as possible, having experienced work in; freelance PR, gig promotion, music journalism, education(masterclasses) and artist management.
I've had the chance to work with and get to know some wonderful humans along the way, with the lovely consequence being long lasting connections. I'm super excited to carry on learning and meeting some more lovely humans on my first steps down the career path!
Overall, the last 5 years of study (including of my A-levels at College) have provided me with:
📚 5 years experience in Student Comms, Engagement and Development
📱 4 years experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media
📝 2 years experience in Music and Events PR
🌟I'm also a big believer of giving back to the community, having spent many years in volunteer roles, from working on a local music festival board, to supporting the organisation of a Great Get Together(Jo Cox MP Initiative) and managing fundraising and event staff.
🌞 I'm now working 1 day a week as Marketing Intern at The Joyful Coach & Joy Futures, and 4 days a week (temp) with ERIC! I'm continually looking for full time or part time work in marketing(digital, social media and advertising), communications or music-related roles in Leeds, or remotely.
