-Working as part of a team creating a safe and positive environment for the children taking part in our events. -During the Saturday art class, myself and other members of staff set up easels and dressed up in traditional period costumes so that the children could take part in a ‘real’ portraiture master class. -Energetically leading groups around the gallery discussing the paintings on the walls and set them fun drawing tasks that they could later refer back to in the classroom when painting their own portraits. -Whilst in the classroom I took the time to engage with each child, walking around the room, offering encouragement and complimenting their efforts.
