About me

After living in London and working in the fashion industry for over 8 years, I took a year out of work to travel around Europe on a rock climbing trip. After the trip I relocated to Barcelona so I could ocntinue to spend my weekends in the mountains, and re train as a yoga teacher. I now split my time between working as an international agent for established and prestigious View Models (based in Barcelona) with teaching yoga at my local climbing gym & Soho House Barcelona. I am passionate about both sport and the creative industries and am grateful to be able to work within my two passions! My background includes production and pr work as well as talent management... I moved from casting to working as an agent at the beginning of August 2012, joining the new faces team and over seeing internal PR at Select. In just under a year I was promoted to head up the new faces division. My clients varied from high street brands such as Topshop, Zara and ASOS, to high-end international editorial and fashion brands and casting directors/ production companies, including VOGUE, iD, Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Valentino etc. I moved from Select to Elite to head up the Development team in May of 2014. Heading up the new faces team in the London office of the biggest modelling agency in the world, I managed a team of 4 and over-saw the career management and international placement of a board of over 100 models. My role was extremely hands on working closely with the models to mentor them and to develop creative, efficient and effective marketing strategies to ensure success in the global modelling industry. My experience spans scouting and mother agency relationship development; global placements in markets from NY, Paris, Milan, to Sydney and Japan; developing, packaging and marketing models; building and maintaining client relationships; production and event management; and creative PR strategy - overseeing PR projects from start to finish. I have secured profile pieces and PR stories in numerous magazines and online platforms (i-D magazine, Sunday Times Style, Daily Mail online, ES Magazine, Look magazine etc), brand collaboration projects with charities including MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation as well as developing scouting competitions to raise the agencies profile and target potential future talent. I assisted Ashley Brokaw with a street casting project in Manchester for an editorial for Another Magazine with Jamie Hawksworth. I assisted Sarah Murray for over four and a half years casting shows and editorials for clients including Calvin Klein, Paul Smith, Sonia Rykiel, Vivienne Westwood Red Label, John Rocha, Simone Rocha, Temperley London, VOGUE Italia, VOGUE Turkey, Another Magazine & Dazed. I assisted Paris-based casting director Alexandra Sandberg on the street cast Christmas campaign for Esprit ‘Make a Wish’. I have cast editorials for Nylon USA, Juke Magazine & Twin Magazine. I am highly organised and motivated. I am creative and have developed a strong aesthetic and taste. I love working in a creative team and am always buzzing with ideas and enthusiasm. I thrive under pressure but am a calm person with meticulous attention to detail. I have experience assisting photographers, as well as art departments, production companies, casting and management/agencies. I am proficient in CDS management systems and the Adobe creative suite, including inDesign, illustrator, Photoshop & Bridge. Business & personal references available on request
