    • Developed strong analytical skills not only through the study of artworks but also through a range of literature and film modules taken as part of French degree • Acquired excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French, through regular essay writing, tutorials and presentations given individually and as a member of a group. Such group presentations also enhanced my ability to work successfully as part of a team • Completed two periods of ERASMUS study abroad during my 3rd year at the Université de la Réunion in Réunion and the Université Paris-Sorbonne in France. This enabled me to learn to adapt with ease to new and challenging environments, as well as broadening my appreciation of cultural differences and improving my French language abilities • Studied a range of Art History modules at the Sorbonne, including 20th and 21st century Art, Postcolonial Art and Romantic Sculpture • Achieved a 1st in my History of Art dissertation which explored artist’s responses to the AIDS epidemic in 1980’s New York. Developed strong research skills and managed time efficiently by taking a methodical approach to planning and organising information
