About me

After a degree in Events Management and a few years working in the industry I decided to follow my passion for food and baking. This led me to E5 Bakehouse and then onto Benk + Bo where I am now Head Chef. My journey has included my own side hustle "Rosette Bakes" along the way including many private clients, pop ups and collaborations.

  Winter Garden Shoots X Baked GoodsCapturing my own bakes in an outdoor setting, utilising the dabbled light and varying backgrounds to bring these shots to life. Experimenting with layering of textures and use of varying props.

  Exploring Hands + The EdibleA personal creative project in collaboration with a photographer to explore styling a new subject "my hands" Aim of this project was to create beauty and evoke a feeling through simplicity of shapes and contrast between the extraordinary natural form that is fruit and vegetables in relation to the human body. Elevating the still form through the depiction of touch.
