- AtalayaAtalaya is a restaurant located in Alcocebre, a coastal town in Castellón. The restaurant is run by two young chefs starting their new adventure after having been working in the best restaurants along the Spanish gastronomy. The identity reflects their freshness and innovation as they have brought a new approach to the mediterranean cuisine that differs from the one that people is accustomed to in town.
