I am passionate about empowering people. As psychologist and trainer, I dedicate myself to support people in their development and growth, emotionally and intellectually.
Facilitating a conference in Paris (2017)
I studied Psychology in the University of Valencia, with an Erasmus stay in Konstantine the Philosopher University (Nitra, Slovakia). During those years, I put my focus on mental health and the clinical approach. Afterwards, I especialized myself through a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in Cetecova, a Masters Degree in Drug Addictions in the University of Valencia. All my studies brought me a broad theoretical understanding and a robust practical base in cognitive-behavioral psyhcology and scientific evidence-based therapy methods.
Simultaneously, I went through a 3-years training program in Gestalt psychotherapy in CVaP, through which a developed my own approach, with a special focus on emotional and body awareness.
Since 2013, I’ve been strongly involved through several international positions in Erasmus Student Network. After few years learning and applying non-formal educational methods, I became myself a member of the pool of Trainers of ESN, through its Eduk8 programme. Besides trainership, I also holded several positions in the international level, all related with project management, intercultural conflict manegement, human resources and capacity building of youth organizations. I have worked in management or training facilitation of several international projects, among Responsible Party MappED, or HousErasmus+.
In 2017, I started working with Olde Vechte Foundation, an international organization based in the Netherlands. Among other activities, I worked with this organization in projects related to youth work, entrepeneurship, systemic work and coaching methods.
