I am Marketing professional with marketing and events management qualifications and experience in different sectors. In the last few years I have had the chance to learn how to multitask, work under high pressure to meet deadlines, think out of the box and value and respect different individuals and their point of view. For the past 7 years I have acquired the relevant skills in Brand Management, Quality Assurance, Fundraising (from Communities, Trusts, Foundations and Statutory bodies), Project Management, Events Management and Strategic Marketing.     Responsible for planning, developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing & communications strategy to raise and maintain the charity’s profile, reputation and income in order to support the achievement of its vision and objectives and meet current, emerging and future needs. Plan, develop and implement marketing & communications plans to support key income streams, fundraising initiatives, products and campaigns. Support the Chief Executive with Business Development and with ensuring the smooth running of the organisation. Responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with all the stakeholders including local authorities, third sector organisations, corporates, NHS. Responsible for initiating, planning, executing and monitoring different type of projects delivered. Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring events such as the Annual General Meeting, Awareness Days, training programme and staff away days. Attend regular Board of Trustees meetings, Senior Management meetings and meetings with Local authorities and funders. Research, identify and scope potential sources of funding across charitable trusts & foundations, Lottery, statutory and corporates. Develop and manage a programme of community-based fundraising including events, activities, web-based auctions and sales, legacies, bequests, and donations. Preparation and submission of financial, performance, and evaluation reports to funders and Board of Trustees. Promote the work of the organisation through presentations, the writing of PR materials, press releases, advertisements, media campaigns and social medias.
