As an experienced product designer with experience in both product and strategic design, I am passionate about designing a better future! I am skilled at gathering insights, listening to people I interview and observe, analysing data, creating and prototyping innovative solutions. My fascination with how HCD and design thinking can help to solve complex issues led me to complete a Master’s degree in Design Strategy and Innovation in 2017.
