I manage two junior employees and am responsible for developing training programs on consumer insights and data visualization. On the first half, we studied different areas involved in an artist's career with special speakers such as New Order's management whilst the band was on tour in Brazil. The second half of this course was on live events and how to organise concerts and music festival, with practical activities working on Lollapalooza and One Direction's gig.
