Currently I work at Sony Pictures Television working closely with both the international production consultancy and also the motion graphics and computer systems department. Notable titles I work on include Dragons’ Den, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and The Dr.Oz Show. Duties include, writing production bibles for TV formats, file delivery of episodes and animations, managing music libraries, managing tape libraries, music package creation, creative input on logo and title sequence creation, sending out screeners, marketing and sales material to clients, TV format creative development and assisting production consultants.
I worked within Universal Pictures and Universal Music to provide admin and assistant support to the Press and Facilities Offices. Duties included; writing press releases, coordinating mail outs, handling press enquiries and coordinating travel and interview schedules for Universal talent.
I Worked within Celador notably during the making of Oscar winning best picture Slumdog Millionaire. Duties Included running reception, maintaining DVD and tape Library, diary management/assisting PA’s, booking travel, DIY/Building maintenance, press mail outs, ordering stationary stock & general upkeep of the office. I was responsible for opening and closing buildings.
Provided support to the Press Office. Duties included; Writing Press releases, Press release distribution, CD mail outs and talent travel booking.
I Worked within Universal at Polydor Records, notable campaigns at the time included Girls Aloud, Kaiser Chiefs and Eminem. Duties included preparing morning’s press cuttings for distribution to all departments, connecting phone interviews, CD Mail Outs, writing press releases, ordering CD, DVD and ticket stock, ordering photo prints, regional press for upcoming acts, managing student press, press shot and press release distribution, handling general press enquires, coordinating interview timings with journalist and band management, covering national press in staff absence, booking Travel for journalists and bands and general office upkeep i.e. filing, stationary orders etc.
