Using the first hand experience I garnered taking Droplet to market, I designed and implemented the company’s growth strategy nationally. Hiring and managing a team of 15 Sales Executives & Regional Managers around the country, we achieved a growth of 300+ new merchant clients, 16,500 users and over £1 million in payments processed. During this time I also managed larger partnership opportunities, implemented Droplet’s revenue model and worked with the senior management team to direct the company's strategic direction.
I sold the Droplet payment solution to over 100 independent businesses in Norwich in less than five months. Working with wider community organisations and local press alongside my direct, on the ground, sales effort.
