Includes event directing, speaker & senior committee management, celebrity act management, production management, venue sourcing and liaison • Managing agencies: Managing the client relationship and activities of a number of third party agencies, particularly the business’s core creative agency and PR manager • Leadership: Team management; ensuring effective work practices, objective setting, performance review and being a secure source of advice & guidance.
