- The MoodysThe Moodys may not be the closest family you've ever seen, but they often come together for holiday celebrations and major family events. Each episode focuses on an occasion in the course of the Moodys' year, ranging from a wedding anniversary to an Easter trip to the coast and even a court appearance. The loveable-but-dysfunctional family includes parents Maree and Kevin, sons Dan and Sean, and hapless Uncle Terry.

Creative Services Manager
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility including and more specifically:
• Overseeing the Editorial Department, including further analysis and monitoring of the Department for increased efficiencies
• Working closely with Editors and Producers to asses, schedule and deliver all Editorial projects
• Plan, identify and resolve conflicts within multiple jobs – resources, rushes delivery, ingest, storage and data management workflow
• Working closely with the Executive Producer to create opportunities for Senior Editors to work with preferred Directors and or projects
• Identify and implement creative solutions to overcome roadblocks created by scheduling, suite and Artist availability and or budgetary constraints
• Managing, updating and maintaining ScheduALL for all projects, suites and Artists
• Overseeing and scheduling Edit and Digital Assistant resources, requests and development
• Building and maintaining an elite pool of freelance Edit Assistants, Flame and Nuke Artists
• Work alongside technical operations to implement streamlined and efficient creative
processes throughout the facility and individual projects
• Establish and enhance relationships with key Clients, oversee and support Producers in
the delivery of all projects
• Work closely with Design, VFX and Grade Artists to capitalise and optimise operational
efficiencies and workflow
• Support Executive Producer with all Marketing and Communications - preparing finished
jobs for newsletters, marketing materials and social media
• HR – Interview prospective candidates, review existing employees and manage all
employment procedures inline with company procedures
• Report and update Head of Asia Pacific Commercials on day-to-day operations
Operations Manager

Responsible for the smooth running of both Jungleboys and In The Thicket
• Working alongside Heads of Department with regards to operational management of all
divisions – TV Commercials, Corporate and Branded Content (In The Thicket) and FTV
(factual and long-form programming)
• Post-Production Management – Responsible for the overall functioning of the department
and all associated workflow, methodologies and hardware/software maintenance
• Production Management – Maximising the potential of operations within the production
??????environment
• Facilities Management – Managing edit suites, production/post bookings, building maintenance and responsible for generating income though dry hire of facilities
• IT Management – Troubleshooting local IT issues and escalated issues (IT subcontractor) software licences, MAM, server maintenance (MetaSAN) and archiving system (PreSTORE)
• Manage all new operations and technology projects and assist the Financial Controller with expenditure as directed by the Managing Director
• Vendor Management – Responsible for managing all external service providers and building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Leadership & HR – Responsible for company human resources alongside managing and mentoring Front-of-House, Production Assistants, Edit Assistants, freelancers and Interns
• Marketing, Promotion and Social Media – Monitor the work being released by Jungleboys and responsible for Directors’ public image across the website, Facebook, Twitter and overseeing YouTube and Vimeo content and copy
