Liaising with Learning designer, graphic/instructional designers and 3rd party approved vendors to coordinate project deliveries to the expected standard. Delivering and end to end service on bespoke built eLearning/compliance courses, language translation bundles. Responsibilities • Monitoring potential changes in scope and any associated costs, liaise with Account Manager for possible change control • Ensuring clear communication throughout to all clients/stakeholders – internal and external - as per the agreed communication strategy/plan. • Ensuring all required activity and tasks are fully defined and allocated to appropriate individuals or teams, including SMEs, Designers, Quality Assurance and Client Service. • Assisting clients during the production process so that they understand each stage of the process. If necessary, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the client. • Monitoring project execution and timescale including resource, time, quality and cost to ensure course is delivered to client satisfaction. • Producing SOW’s for upcoming work • Creating governance structure including roles and responsibilities and project plan to meet the agreed project scope and project delivery timelines. • Daily liaison with translation agencies to ensure translations projects are delivered on time, within the agreed budget and to the required quality standards. • Delivery to client of all course versions from prototype through to final SCORM and associated documentation
