After 9+ years in some of the UK's busiest agencies I'm taking the leap to focus on my own practise, allowing me to work more closely with clients and be selective about the project I undertake. With expertise in branding and editorial I hope to spend much of my time on this kind of work that I've been fortunate to enjoy alongside my agency existence. My experience in this area includes 6 issues of Boat Magazine, 2 issues of Alpha Life, and 5 issues of the Recorder for type legends Monotype. I also enjoy writing about design, speaking at Universities and events, and blogging as part of Formfiftyfive. I'm a director of the Birmingham Design Festival launching in 2018.

- Pavilion Magazine by ExpomobiliaProduced to showcase Expomobilia's work on four pavilions at the Dubai Expo, this magazine featured original interviews and illustrations from Max Guther. Topics covered included Storytelling, Innovation, Sustainability, and Collaboration. It was available printed, or in online digital format.
