Responsible for e-commerce daily routines: Order management, customer service, social media and copywriting in Portuguese (SEO friendly). Ran Portugal e-shop and assisted individual customers with requests, issues, and queries. Managed social media accounts (Facebook, Google+, Twitter) for Alensa Portugal. Translated mailing campaigns and graphic content from English to Portuguese. Copy-wrote product descriptions and articles, also, I had interaction with Bloggers and Instagrammers for partnerships and helped bloggers to post sponsored content with SEO techniques.
My experience at Hawaii Surf Point includes a major step in my e-commerce and B2B business career. At the begining, I worked directly with customer service of a fashion and sports e-Store, i had contact with big brands such as Vans, Quiksilver, Hurley, and Nike. I was also responsible for all e-commerce logistics and warehouse management/CRM integration. In this period I was also responsible for generating SEO friendly product descriptions, and management of the e-commerce platform Magento. I personally took care of the company's image in Facebook and Instagram, with daily posts and involvement with the customer through the social media. After several workshops and visits to major fashion brands warehouses, I started to casting models and creating looks for photo shooting, applying my knowledge to assist the e-commerce photographers. As the company grew, i became a Manager of the customer service, warehouse and photography team, where along with my colleagues we improved the conversion rates and organic positioning on 300% with technical SEO and content optimization, and Lead integration with the biggest South America marketplaces (B2W, CNOVA.COM, MercadoLivre).
