I am a recent Psychology graduate with largely adaptable skills and experience working within the Fashion, Events and Marketing/Sales industry. • Worked as part of a new team credit checking and loan broking to members of the public requiring finance for heating installations while adhering to FCA regulations.
• The role consisted of taking sensitive data from customers and ensuring close attention to detail.
• Vulnerable customers (e.g. sufferers of dementia and diagnosed illnesses) were an everyday part of my job; many times making executive decisions to terminate the finance process where FCA guidelines were concerned.
• I quickly became used to using many cooperate softwares such as salesforce, CIT toolbar and Outlook in implementing my daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Extensive experience being the customers first point of contact, making/accepting calls to leading hotel managers updating and obtaining clients to attend our Sales conference in Greece & Denmark.
• Responsibilities included: controlling the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter) including sending e-shots on Survey Monkey and cleansing bounce backs in the database.
• Curated content for the company’s event App, learnt how to format documents into Apps as well as the use of gamification in the events industry for engagement.
• Assisted on-site in Greece & Denmark looking after 200+ hotel seniors and top event planners for five days. Where I learnt to be fully adaptable as the role required me to be office manager, social media manager and App manager as well as being a runner/first point of contact for the delegates.
