I’m a Fashion Design professional who loves Menswear Denim and Apparel. I have been fortunate enough to lead the Underwear and Lounge category at Old Navy early on in my career. This opportunity has allowed me to experience the American Apparel industry and work with an amazingly dynamic team of professionals.

I was hired as part of the Creative Academy to learn and enhance my skills as a fashion designer within menswear. I had such a blast working at this company which believes in inclusion, the democracy of style and empowering the next generation. The responsibility and trust I received while working as part of the Menswear design team made me feel valued as my opinion and contribution never went unnoticed. The experience has given me a strong foundation in Menswear fashion design and allowed me to move closer towards my big dream.
Men’s Underwear and Lounge category leader while also assisting woven tops.
Key Achievements:
• July 2019 led the Category design for over 50% Men’s Furnishings contributing and adding value:
• Q4 Sleep delivering $9.4M revenue an increase of 4% Beat the plan;
• Socks delivering $2.5M revenue an increase of of 23% Beat the plan;
• Woven tops, contributed to drive a revenue of $54.1M in retail.
• Pants and Denim Men’s largest division driving a revenue of $430M annually. Working for three quarters I have contributed in
driving a value of over a quarter of a million dollars.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and develop new and original designs that are trend appropriate, build color ranges and design concepts that meet
market needs and drive sales each season. Timely execution of each stage in the process.
• Prepare and present technical sketch designs that are brand right and commercially viable, create and update b.o.m’s, linesheets
and tech packs.
• Attend all first fits in partnership with the tech design for styling and aesthetic comments/input
• Collaborate with print designers, production and vendors to create and execute new prints and graphics.
• Advocate for circular design implementing sustainable or recyclable fibres/yarns/trims into new or old initiatives.

Assistant Designer Woven Bottoms and DenimOld Navy

• Assist in the forecasting trend for the season through shopping online researching and observing street fashion.
• Assist in the sketching of new silhouettes and building color ranges for woven bottoms and denim
• Support in creating new denim designs through helping with developing new washes and wear patterns for the season and writing wash comments.
• Present Sketches, completed linesheets and color runs to all cross-functional partners.
• Attend and take notes of fabric development and production processes.
• Assist in fits and communicating construction details to Technical department.
