• Project management (key projects: Implementation Company Car Program in the Netherlands, Implementation EMEA Gym Reimbursement Program, Revision of the EMEA on-boarding program) • Managing benefit programs in The Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany (full cycle; external vendor management, implementation, operations) • Managing onboarding and induction for new hires in EMEA and APAC • Manage monthly payroll cycle • Managing Employee Experience Resource Centre (online salesforce platform) • First point of contact for employee queries • Employee Relations (focus on long term disability) • Leave administration and communication (understanding of the statutory rules and company policies regarding to leave of absence)
• Member of the Employer Branding project team: responsible for the development and launching of the company’s new –talked about- Recruitment Campaign and Career Website, in close collaboration with a PR and brand agency. • Managing career website (SEO, copywriting, job and event posting), Facebook and Linkedin page. • Responsible for the organisation of the company’s internal and external career events (weekly internal events, 20-40 external events per year) Responsible for the student organisation and events sponsorship program (annual budget: € 300.000). • Managing all aspects of the (high volume) recruitment process, including sourcing, screenings, face-to-face assessments, reference calls interviews,; • Supervision of the legal interns (mentor, first point of contact, leading and conducting appraisals). • Writing effective job descriptions and job advertisements • Managing introduction and on boarding processes • HR Projects and Duties such as; preparing contracts, HR system
